What are the difference between an info record and an outline agreement? How do you determine which one to use? Info record is combination of material and vendor this is to be used to control rates, shipping and payment terms etc for particular item and vendor. This is good tool to control costs. The rate for this can flow to PO or from PO also you can update the same. Outline agreement is contract which goes for a period or scheduling agreement which can be also for longer period.
