I did not hear back from them about my order they told me my information in the system was incorrect for my debit card. I gave them the right information but I told them the shipping address was different.

They told me everything was fix on Sunday. Monday someone calls me from a Dillard's store saying they can not process the rest of my order because the debit card was incorrecr I told them the correct information on Sunday for the debit card. Tuesday morning I get an email with the wrong address so now my order has to be shipped back to the store because they put the wrong address so I canceled my order because they were very unprofessional they never contact me about my order being on hold and when I gave them the correct information they never update the system right and I just canceled my order and I will never order anything online from Dillard's again.

Called the corporate office and they connected me to customer service again. This company knows nothing about keeping their customers and during this pandemic companies are revealing their true colors when it comes to their brand. Extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. I bought a stroller through Dillard's online received in a couple weeks. Once it was in my home I went ahead and opened the stroller and put it together.

The stroller wasn't what I hoped and filed a return , the usps picked up the box and took it. After a couple days I received the stroller back just like I sent it. I proceeded to call customer service where I had the worst service in my life and actually received wrong information. The lady that I talked to told me to call the manufacturer that they would be able to process my return I went ahead and did that and the manufacture couldn't do anything because I bought the stroller through Dillard's not them.

That the only way they'd be able to help me is if the stroller was defective then they could send me a replacement part. I called Dillard's again and spoke to a different supervisor telling me that it sais that refunds aren't allowed if the item was opened But how am I supposed to know I like something without opening it! The stores are all close so even if there was a floor model I couldn't go see it because of covid anyways now I'm stuck with a 1, dollar stroller just because no where in the box nor in my receipt does it say that by you opening the box it makes the item non returnable!

I am so disappointed in Dillard's service I never had this issue before but will certainly never purchase anything else from them again! I have shopped at Dillard's for years I bought a pair of shoes online for my May wedding and after receiving them and trying them on they hurt my feet.

I had a 30 day window to return my item and currently all stores are closed which is understandable so I had no choice but to return them by mail. It took over 2 weeks to hear something back after dropping them off at the post office. Once I finally received an email stating they had received my item back they issued me a refund I feel like I was basically charged to try a shoe on!

I have never had an issue with a department store like this. Especially during a time like this with everything going on in our country it is clear this company only cares about taking money from people instead of doing the right thing and taking care of their customers!!

Online shoppers beware -- you can't trust their online pricing. Ordered an item, was sent a smaller amount than I had purchased. CSR told me to return it and they would send the correct size to replace it. Got the replacement. CSR assured me again, multiple times, that the right size would be re-sent.

Keep in mind the larger sized item was advertised on their website at the lower price, I had successfully completed the transaction, and they had already charged my credit card at this point. According to the fine print on their website, they can change the pricing or item description and cancel your order whenever they want, for any reason, even after your credit card has been charged. Mistakes can be made, I get it, but reputable companies stand by their reputations, will honour a transaction that has already happened, and make things right for you when they make a mistake.

Dillard's is obviously not one of these companies, as you can see. I wasted 2 hours of my life over 2 weeks trying to just buy a simple thing. I was holding the bags to see which would be best for my needs such as, length of handle, zippered top, weight of bag, etc. I responded with no thanks because I knew exactly what I needed and didn't need her help. After trying several bags, another woman shows up.

I told her the same thing. She obviously was called in because the sales person thought I was trying to shop lift. I didn't have a coat on or any large bag to stash it in.
