What I think we do very well is listening to our employees and putting programs in place that will help them have a good experience and create an even more engaging work environment for them.

Many of them left after their junior year with full-time offers to work for Halliburton after their senior year. And we realize the days of households with just a single breadwinner are antiquated, so we try to facilitate movement of our employees by putting dual-career programs in place to support the spouse when an employee is moving across the world.

Most of the companies I have worked with wages are low for what they charge for workers so that is a bust. Then the company wants you to work and work until your burned out then only get 2 weeks a year to see your family. Rotational work is where it is at. Rotation work equal family which means no high turn over rate.
Having worked for 2, and 4; all I can say is your survey is way off from field reality! Maybe for office people, and engineers; but talk to actual field employees aka operators, your top 5 suck. Well, this reality is the US only maybe. Because in Angola???? Your survey was responded to by people in countries you said. Well, what I see in the top 10 is at least 8 companies that are likey in all countries. How bout do a regional survey? You must be talking to an entirely different group of people than I talk to.
