Change egypt pound to dollar
Going to have a bit of currency left over so wondering if it is possible to change left over Egyptian pound back into Sterling or into Dollar from the airport as i have heard conflicting reports whether i am able to do so or not. Would rather sort it out here in Egypt thank take my chances in the UK because i took money out locally rather than get a buy back scheme. Sorry don't know the answer as I usually save mine for next time. The time I had too much I had taken out LE to buy an ankh but it was especially made for me and when I went to pick it up, it was not ready. So basically check with banks and then failing that black market. I have been told that travelex will buy back at the current rate but i also dont want to risk walking through with more than the export limit.

Now a days.. My flight is this coming Saturday 14 and I have to much Egyptian pounds. In theory, if you still have the bank receipt where you exchanged foreign currency into Egyptian pounds, you should be able to buy back that foreign currency. As it is now Thursday and most bank branches are closed until Sunday, the chances for now are now no longer slim, but almost impossible.
