Evidently you need to create an account to do anything in the description therefore I find it misleading, make it clear fedex!

I can re search the tracking number and sure enough it never saved or retained what I did, nor am I getting notifications because of it. But it sure can retain old tracking numbers and shipments. We regret that you are experiencing issues with our App and we would like to help.

D kj. One of my packages has had zero updates for almost a week and no one can tell me where it is. I was told the driver attempted to deliver the package and left a note.
