This project was designed for a very tight, 400 sqm site in North Fremantle, WA. The complex comprises 4 three-storey luxury apartments with undercroft areas as well as views to the port of Fremantle and the ocean beyond.
All apartments are serviced by internal lifts and residents are able to take full advantage of the sea breeze due to the west-east orientation of the complex.
The units include luxury finishes which compliment the prime positioning of this development on the bank of Perth’s Swan River.

Designed on a very limited budget of $6million, this three storey development was completed in March 2009 and comprises 36 apartments, with 12 on each level.
The complex was designed around a central atrium to allow natural light to filter into each apartment and to create a private area for residents in an otherwise busy city location.

This project is the proposed working design concept for a mixed-use residential and commercial building, with 21 one, two and three bedroom apartments in Leederville, WA.
The apartment building spans three levels and features a rooftop garden terrace and parking at ground level.
The concept project’s commercial premises are also situated on the ground level and opening out onto the street.
